Things to Ask in Inquire About Apartment

After dozens of calls I have made to different places while looking for any of the San Diego apartment. I worked out some questions that determine whether or not to take the time to look at the apartment.
  • Availably – It is better to call a business that owns apartments or an apartment complex office and ask if they have anything available. If the reply is no you can politely end the phone call else then you can move on to the other questions.
  • Vacancy Rate – If the apartment doesn’t have any vacancy when you called them, you can ask them if they will have something available in the near future.
  • Size – Usually one of the first questions that you have to ask about the apartment size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, size of kitchen, parking slots, etc.
  • Price – After inquire about the size ask about price. When the price is out of your price range or you don't meet the income requirements there is no point in setting up an appointment to see the apartment.
  • Requirements – Many landlords and real estate companies have certain requirements that some one must meet.
  • Fees –The fee for the applications will be minimal to the chunk of change that you will have to put down if you are approved for the apartment.
  • Deposit and First and Last Month's Rent – Inquire if they want first and last month's rent and what is the cost of the deposit.
  • Pets – Some apartments have restrictions on the size of pet that you can have and others say no pets, not even a fish tank.
  • Lease – If you have to stay for a limited time, you will have to inquire about leasing options.
  • Yard Area – Find if apartment have a play area for children, if this is something that you want to have at your apartment complex.
  • Amenities and Complex Features – If there are any features that you want to have in your apartment, ask about them as well.
  • Utilities – Sometimes all utilities are included in your rent. Depending on your monthly budget you will have to ask about utilities.

Two to Three Weeks before Moving from Your Home

I would like share what I did from two three weeks before coming to my present Miami Apartment. Follow these tips which simplify your stress in moving home.

Confirmation with the Mover:
Notify your house moving agent if you add or subtract items from your planned move or if there are any changes in dates. Be sure to supply your agent with destination address and phone numbers where you can be reached. Confirm any extra stops required to pick up or deliver goods to a location other than the main pickup or delivery points.

Preparing your Family:
Take your family for a farewell visit to some the places that hold happy memories. Have a going-away party for the children and their friends. Make family travel plans. Reserve hotel rooms and airline tickets as needed. If driving, have your car serviced for the trip. Give plants to friends or relatives or donate to a hospital or other organizations.

Preparing Household Items:
Federal law requires that you dispose of flammables such as fireworks, cleaning fluids, matches, acids, chemistry sets, aerosol cans, ammunition, and poisons such as weed killer. Drain fuel from your power mower and other machinery. Discard partly used cans of oil, paint, thinner, bleach, or any other substances that may be flammable or combustible or those stored in containers that may leak. Discard propane tanks which are used for barbecue grills. There is a list of non allowable items should not be carried along.

Personal Development

Last night I was searching the net for the effective ways of personal development. In fact I need one. I tried to read a book on self-development, but I could not complete at least first ten pages. The reason is though the book is very popular it’s boring for me. Basically I am not a good reader of books. So what next? I found some courses of personality development, which run in to couple of months. I’m not interested in spending that much of time in going to classes. Again what else! Incidentally I came across the three-day seminar by Mr. Rod Khleif, who is a famous real estate businessman. It was surprising for me. Can a businessman deliver classes to motivate people like us? I got interesting information about him from his website. I attended a seminar delivered by Mr. Rod Khleif. It’s amazing. I can sense a change in myself. My thinking style is changed. Even my family members and friends are happy to say that there is some change in my attitude and behavior.
