What Makes Nuclear Weapons So Powerful?

We are probably aware of what a nuclear bomb is. Well Nuclear bombs were first used in World War II and we probably didn’t forget the Fat Boy and Little man, the two nuclear bombs on Japan by the US during World War II. Probably they are considered as the only nuclear attacks in the history of warfare. After the devasting affects of the bombing, no country even dared to use them in the warfare even if they possess them.

The nuclear bombing is generally termed as detonating. Nuclear bombs are also called atomic bombs as the main particle which is responsible for the explosion is an atom. It astonishes those how such small atoms which are about 100 times smaller than the diameter of your hair, can make such a biggest explosion. But it is the fact and if you still can’t believe it just turn your eyes on our Sun. It is the biggest and most common evidence of the nuclear power. The two reactions which give an atom such a power are the nuclear fission and nuclear fusion. It is little physics that you need to know before me explaining about these nuclear reactions.
